This is a great work out from HITT to Pilates and it is completely FREE at the entry level. Take a moment to check it out yourself by downloading the app. Seriously, you have nothing to lose and everything to gain (except for the pounds of course😉). I have done 3 different workouts so far and have felt pretty great afterwards. I love the variety of workouts as well as the options for the amount of time each session is.
When you initially download the app it will ask you a series of questions. Why are you working out? Is it to tone, lose weight, or just be healthy? You can choose multiple answers. What kinds of workouts are you interested in? HIIT, yoga, pilates, stretches, cardio, weight lifting, and etc. Then, it will ask you how many times per week you would like to work out. Finally, it will ask you how long you wish to work out 10, 15, 20, 30 minute sessions.
The app is unique in that it offers advice and meals plans too. Warning: there are only a few meal plan recipes available for FREE; in order to access all the meal plans you have to pay for a PRO subscription. The advice offered through the app comes in the form of articles. My recent read was on keeping healthy mentally during COVID-19. All articles are bite-size and meant to be informative and not overwhelming! For those of you taking advantage of my magazine FREEBIE find, the articles remind me of something you would find in the small health magazine, Prevention. Articles range from nutrition to self-care.
I honestly cannot say enough praises for this fitness app. I recently canceled a subscription fitness app that I had downloaded in the beginning of COVID-19, because why would I pay $15 months for something that did not have as many options when I could get it free. Also, you will notice some celebrities leading the workouts, which for me is a ++. It makes me feel like I am getting their insider tips.
